The design of the new Regional Command of the Guardia di Finanza of Catanzaro, in Giulivetto, focused on various objectives aimed at the ultimate result of an organic headquarters from the combination-integration of the parts.

The composition and appearance of each building were strongly characterized by the destination and the reference functions. The intervention, in concert with the Municipal and Provincial Authorities of Catanzaro, was also aimed at rationalizing traffic with the insertion of a roundabout along the Simeri Crichi provincial road, securing the extra-urban roads and the entrances to the citadel.
